Welcome to The Wild Card Vintage - Estate Sale! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before participating:
Payment:
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. ($10 minimum) There will be a 4% surcharge for all credit cards
7% Sales Tax is applicable on the sale of each item in accordance with Ohio's State Laws & Portage County
No checks or other forms of payment will be accepted.
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
All Sales Are Final:
All items are sold "as is" and "where is" with no guarantees or warranties.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed.
Please carefully inspect items before purchasing.
Item Availability:
All items are first-come, first-serve and may not be held or reserved.
Prices are firm during the first two days of the sale. Discounts may be applied on subsequent days, if applicable. We will be offering 50% off on the final day of the sale.
Personal Responsibility:
Buyers are responsible for packing, moving, and loading purchased items.
Please bring your own packing materials, tools, and help for large or heavy items.
The Wild Card Vintage is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage during the sale or during item removal.
Liability Waiver:
By attending, you assume full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises.
Conduct:
Please be respectful of the property, staff, and other attendees.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises.
Parking:
Parking may be limited. Please follow any posted signs and avoid blocking driveways or roadways.
Announcements:
Any verbal announcements on the day of the sale take precedence over previously posted information.
