We have a rather unique sale in Avon Lake.

This estate is going to be a multi-sale estate. This first sale is primarily to free up some room so we can put out more items for the next. So for this first sale, we will have just the first floor of the house open, as well as part of the garage.

The Thursday portion of this sale is ONLY FOR THE GARAGE ITEMS! We will NOT be opening the house on Thursday!!!

The garage does not have a lot of walking space and is quite dirty. But there are also some nice things in there, including tools, a lot of hardware, some newer Christmas items, and some household items as well.

Friday and Saturday, we will be opening the house and garage.

Highlights include:

a large selection of Jim Shore figurines (many still in boxes)

some vintage Christmas

some Fenton pieces

vintage Coca-Cola cooler

several Nativity sets

vintage paperbacks, including James Bond and science fiction

some vintage electronics

vintage tube testers

some nicer garage items

We also have a lot of crafting supplies and books, as well as some home decor items and more!

Note: The house has not been cleaned in quite a while, so be prepared.

The basement will NOT be open for this sale but will be opened for Sale #2 from this home!
