This is a very large and full estate/tag sale. These items will be only sold to individuals who attend the sale in person. We do not sell over the telephone or by internet inquiries. The description below is only a partial inventory and will be updated weekly.

Joyce Hardaway was born in 1954 in Baton Rouge, LA. She was a graduate of Southern University, and the Howard University School of Medicine. Dr. Hardaway was the first African American to be accepted for post-graduate training at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. She specialized in anesthesiology and pain medicine. She was an unrepentant Browns fan, and once said “this does not say much for my sanity.” Among her other interests, she enjoyed collecting African and African American art and African American literature and artifacts.

She was deeply involved with the Olivet Health ministry. She lived in Cleveland, Ohio.
