ESTATE SALE - 4 BRM HOME - EAST SIDE

We hope you can join us for this one-day-only estate sale. Our family has decided to open up our two-level home, filled with cherished items, for you to explore and consider for purchase. Please be courteous when parking, and do not block driveways or mailboxes.

We will be passing out numbers at 8:00am, and will let people in beginning with number 1 at 9:00am.

As you participate in this sale, we ask that you read and agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved:

1) ITEMS FOR SALE: All items are sold as-is, without any warranties or guarantees.
2) OPEN TO ALL: This sale is open to the public.
3) PAYMENT: Please note that we can only accept CASH for all purchases at the time of sale. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards or cash apps.
4) ITEM CONDITION: All items are sold in their current condition. We encourage you to inspect items before purchasing. Please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
5) REMOVAL OF ITEMS: Buyers are responsible for safely removing their purchased items from the sale location. We kindly ask that all items be taken by the end of the sale day, unless you’ve made prior arrangements with us.
6) LIABILITY: While we’re excited to have you here, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises during the sale. By attending, you assume all risks associated with your visit.
7) RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone at our discretion, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.
