TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* Bidding will begin closing Wednesday, February 28th at 6:00pm

* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.

* Bidder inspection is encouraged.

* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.

* Applicable taxes apply

* All major credit cards accepted, payment will be charged to the registered credit card following the close of the auction, there is a $25 fee for declined credit cards.

* Absentee bids will be executed by auction house staff.

* Buyer Premium: - 16%

* Pickup is Thursday, Feb 29h to Friday, Mar 1st from 10:00am-6:00pm at our Cleveland Auction Warehouse.

* Out-of-State orders will be marked to ship by default, if you are out of state and picking up, please let us know by Thursday morning so we do not pack your items for shipping!

* If you are from OHIO and need shipping, please let us know by Thursday morning,

* If you are not from the Cleveland area, shipping is available for most items up to 70lbs. Please contact us with any questions. Shipping charges will be calculated and added within a few days after the auction. You will receive a final invoice with the total and tracking information when your order ships.

* Minimum $5 handling fee per box plus shipping cost.

* Fragile items, large, heavy items, large lots of small items, and large orders in general can be rather expensive to ship and will have higher handling fees based on materials and labor. Please consider this when bidding if you need shipping!
