You must be lined up AT the door at 8:00am to get a number. We give them out first come, first serve. It is up to the customers to line up respectfully, we cannot police the line.

Please do not block neighbors driveways, hit their mailboxes or turn around in their driveways! Thank you for your cooperation.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are first come first serve and do not do presales.

When you’re at the sale and you’d like to buy a large item- pull the tag and hold on to it. That means you’ve bought the item- there are no tag backs. It is YOUR responsibility to find help to move large items, and to inspect items before purchasing. Everything is sold AS-IS and we cannot do refunds. There are no public restrooms.
