All items are purchased AS-IS WHERE-IS. Please contact info@irsauctioneer.com for any questions prior to bidding. After the auction is over you will receive an invoice via your registered email with the 13% Buyers Premium added. If you do not receive an invoice by 6:00am of the next day please contact The Appropriate Project Manager for each project. PROJECT MANAGER CONTACT INFO IS LOCATED ON THE FRONT PAGE OF EACH AUCTION WHICH ALSO HOUSES THE GOOGLE MAP FOR THAT LOCATION. Payment is collected at the time of pick-up. IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR AND PICK UP YOUR ITEM(S) ON THE ALLOTTED DAY AND TIME YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS IN FULL TO MAINTAIN YOUR BIDDING PRIVILEGES, AND YET THE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED. IF FUNDS ARE NOT RECEIVED BIDDING WILL BE SUSPENDED AND ANY EXISTING BIDS ON OTHER AUCTIONS WILL BE DELETED UNTIL ITEMS ARE PAID IN FULL. A $25 REINSTATE FEE WILL APPLY!
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS AND ARE RESPONSIBLE TO KNOW THE SHIPPING COST OF THE ITEM TO PURCHASE PRIOR TO WINNING THE ITEM AT AUCTION SO AS TO KNOW THE TOTAL DUE. AUCTION PICKUP DATE/TIMES: Saturday October 12th, 2024 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm ONLY. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY DAY TO PICKUP, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.
There is a 13% buyer's premium On this project.
The auction will end 6 items per every 1 minute on Thursday October 10th, 2024 starting at 8pm
Special Notes: Buyers of Gun Safe, Large Workbench with Saw, and Lathe on stand- MUST arrange a separate pickup time on Saturday 10/12/24 after 4pm or Sunday 10/13/24. Buyers must also do any disassembling and moving of the items. Please be mindful of the neighbors and do not block their driveways.
BIDDING WILL HAVE AUTOMATIC EXTENSIONS... IF A BID IS PLACED IN THE LAST 5 MINUTES THE BIDDING TIME WILL EXTEND ANOTHER 5 MINUTES. BOTH REAL TIME CURRENT BIDS AND MAX BIDS CAN BE PLACED.

Waiver of Liability.
