An Unusual first time, fun and modern sale THURSDAY AND FRIDAY!! ONLY in the great Modern high-rise building in Grandview Summit Chase. This is the first time they’ve allowed a sale in the building and we’re pretty excited. This is a fabulous condo filled with some great current / modern furniture, an incredible world class collection of vintage “motion” lamps, great vintage1950’s set of California Metlox “Confetti” or “Poppy Trail” dishware and some fun vintage Lilac Fiestaware, great current decor and kitchen, nice patio furniture, vintage Christmas, and so much more!! This is a high rise building. Something completely different for us and again the first time for Summit Chase as well. The Unit number (910) is on the 9th floor, but there is a set of steps down to the actual condo which is located on the 8th floor. There will be people manning the elevators and the freight elevator and the loading dock will be available for larger purchases. Numbers will be given out on Thursday morning at 9:00 am in the lobby/ entryway area The line will form in the causeway adjacent to / just past the lobby. Take the elevator to the 9th floor. Unit number is 910. There are steps down to the condo on the 8th floor. The freight elevator is reserved for any large item picks and the loading dock is conveniently located in the rear of the building. Easy access. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation. This is a new experience for us and the building as well and we’d like things to go as smooth as possible. Thank you again. We will not be loading / transporting large items, furniture, etc. You must find or bring your own help. We will not be staffed for that. Elevator operators and dock staff will be available. Please bring your own help for large item pickups. All sales are final.
