You must be lined up AT the door at 8:00am to get a number. We give them out first come, first serve. It is up to the customers to line up respectfully, we cannot police the line.

Please do not block neighbors driveways, hit their mailboxes or turn around in their driveways! Thank you for your cooperation.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are first come first serve and do not do presales.

All items must be removed between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.

When you’re at the sale and you’d like to buy a large item- pull the tag and hold on to it. That means you’ve bought the item- there are no tag backs. It is YOUR responsibility to find help to move large items, and to inspect items before purchasing. Everything is sold AS-IS and we cannot do refunds. There are no public restrooms. We are first-come, first-served and do not accept presale offers. We accept cash and checks only. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 a.m. Friday for your place in line when the sale starts. The driveway is reserved for passenger drop-off and furniture pick-up only! Be courteous to the neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes. It is your responsibility to bring help and tools when removing furniture. Please inspect all items before purchasing. Everything is sold as is, and we cannot issue refunds. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries and reserve the right to inspect bags and belongings upon entry and exit.
