TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Recovered Vehicles Notice: These are recovered vehicles; service history and completeness are unknown. “Runs/Drives/Cranks/Does Not Crank” reflect intake observations only and are not guarantees of roadworthiness.
    

2. Titles: Each car has an Ohio title with the UNCLAIMED AFFIDAVIT notation. Notary on-site at pickup to the registered bidder (bring valid government ID; name must match your account). Taxes/registration fees are buyer’s responsibility.
    

3. Payment: Credit card on file is charged immediately after the auction closes. No chargebacks for failure to inspect, arrange pickup, or for condition variances typical of recovered vehicles.
    

4. Buyer’s Premium & Fees: 15% buyer’s premium will be included on your invoice.
    

5. Pickup/Removal: See the auction page for pickup date/time/location. Arrive during the posted window with adequate help/equipment. Late removal may incur storage fees or forfeiture without proper communication with the auctioneer.
    

6. Towing: Towing available within Franklin County for an additional $125 per vehicle (paid to tow partner). Outside-county towing available by quote. Buyers are responsible for loading/transport.
    

Krysten Stringer (License # 2023000031)  is licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and bonded in favor of the State of Ohio. An aggrieved person may initiate a claim against the auctioneer’s bond in accordance with Section 4707.25 of the Revised Code as a result of the licensee’s actions.
