TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. AI-Generated Descriptions Disclaimer
   Some item titles, descriptions, and measurements may be created with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Measurements are approximate, and AI may describe items based on what it “sees,” which can sometimes result in incorrect terminology or misidentification. While we strive for accuracy, bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person or request additional information prior to bidding. If you have any questions or need clarification on any item, please contact us before placing a bid.

2. Payment:
   Cash, check made payable to “Krysten Stringer, Auctioneer,” or all major credit/debit cards are accepted. The credit/debit card on file will be automatically charged at the end of the primary pickup.

3. Buyer’s Premium:
   A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids.

4. Sales Tax:
   An 8% sales and use tax will be collected on all purchases unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.

5. Item Descriptions:
   All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees, warranties, or returns. Descriptions are believed to be accurate, but no liability for errors or omissions is assumed. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding.

6. Pickup & Loading:
   Buyers are responsible for pickup, loading, and transport of all items, including bringing any necessary tools, moving equipment, and assistance for heavy or bulky pieces. This auction pickup will take place from a storage warehouse unit, allowing for easy removal.

7. Warehouse Transfers:
   Transfers are available to the Auction Ohio office at 7461 Worthington-Galena Rd. 43085 for a per lot Alternate Pickup Fee of $5 per lot. 

8. Failure to Communicate:
   Buyers who do not communicate regarding pickup arrangements or fail to remove items during the designated pickup time may have their credit/debit card on file charged automatically. Items not picked up may be considered abandoned and are subject to resale or disposal at the auctioneer’s discretion. No refunds will be issued.

Krysten Stringer (License # 2023000031)  is licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and bonded in favor of the State of Ohio. An aggrieved person may initiate a claim against the auctioneer’s bond in accordance with Section 4707.25 of the Revised Code as a result of the licensee’s actions.
