Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's "hammer". The purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. It's the Old Barn's objective and job to auction collections off. Due to reproductions getting more into the collecting community, it's the buyer's duty to make sure they know what they are buying. We are not here to teach about collecting, rather than to auction collections. We are now selling "as is".
The buyer must pay Ohio Sales Tax (6.75%) unless exemption is allowed under the laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax number will be accepted. You do not pay Ohio Sales Tax if items are shipped out of state. Payment may be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, Visa, Discover, MasterCard is accepted. Out Of Country Wire Transfers will have an additional fee of $12.00 -$15.00 due to bank charges. No items will be shipped until payment is received.
