Shipping Terms – Important Notice

Live Auctioneers now requires that all orders use Live Shipping unless you select “Buyer to Arrange Shipping at checkout.


Live Shipping (Default)

- One invoice – items + shipping in a single payment

- We carefully pack your order, then Live Auctioneers provides the shipping label

- Tracking & damage claims are handled directly by Live Auctioneers

- Note: Small packages are billed at 1 lb minimum retail rates, even if under 1 lb

? Buyer to Arrange Shipping

- Choose this option at checkout

- Pay actual weight (we pass on our wholesale postage rates)

- We send a separate invoice for shipping & handling

- Order ships after this invoice is paid (may delay shipping slightly)

Custom Policies

Non-Paying Bidders & Cancellations

All bids are final. Payment must be made within 3 business days of auction close. Unpaid invoices may be canceled and reported to Live Auctioneers.

Authenticity & Returns

We guarantee the authenticity of all coins and currency we sell.

- Contact us within 7 days if you believe an item is counterfeit.

- We do not accept the opinion of a friend or casual verbal opinion from a coin shop.

- Any claim must be supported by written documentation including weight, size, how the item was tested, or documentation proving the item is not authentic.

You have up to 30 days from receipt to submit the coin to PCGS, NGC, or ANACS for authentication.

If determined to be Fake, Copy, Altered, or Not Genuine, we will issue a full refund including purchase price, original shipping, grading fees, and shipping to/from the grading company.

Proof required: buyer must provide documentation of grading results and proof of date submitted (with tracking number).

No refunds for buyer’s remorse, grading disagreements, or minor variations from photos.

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping is available only for items purchased in the same auction. We cannot hold items for future auctions.


International Buyers

International bidders are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. We cannot misrepresent customs values. Some countries restrict import of coins/currency — please check before bidding.

Video Packing Policy

All orders are video recorded during packing. Video footage can be requested within 48 hours of delivery for a $5.00 fee.

Handling Time

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment clears (or after shipping invoice is paid for Buyer-to-Arrange orders).

- Important: If a second tracking email must be sent manually, a $2 service fee applies.

Pick-Up Instructions

Pickup Location: 5862 Kruckeberg Rd., Greenville, Ohio

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Guidelines: Bring your paid invoice and a valid photo ID. If someone is picking up for you, notify us in advance and ensure they bring a copy of your invoice.

Helpful Tip for Future Auctions

Live Shipping is now the default.

If you prefer lower-cost shipping (billed at actual weight with our wholesale postage rates), select “Buyer to Arrange Shipping at checkout.

We do not inflate shipping costs; you pay what it costs us.

A small handling fee is added to cover materials and labor.

We will always select the most cost-effective shipping method within the USA, including insurance.

Combined shipping is available only for items purchased within the same auction.

We ship using UPS and USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on item size and value.

Invoices totaling over $500.00 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Invoicing & Shipping Timeline
Invoices for coin purchases may take up to 48 hours to process.

Invoices for sports cards, memorabilia, and other collectibles may take up to 72 hours.

Larger items may take longer.

Shipping will begin after your invoice has been paid ? no further action is required on your part.

Tracking
Tracking numbers will be emailed via Stamps.com, USPS.com, or UPS.com, depending on the shipping method used.

Please check your email inbox and spam/junk folders for tracking updates.

Tracking information will not appear on your invoice.

Local buyers are welcome to pick up their items at:
