Conditions of Sale
By bidding on any lot offered by Tyler Greer Auctioneer, the bidder acknowledges and accepts all Terms and Conditions outlined herein. Any participation in the auction constitutes a legal, valid, binding, and enforceable contract between the Auctioneer and the Bidder. By bidding, the Bidder agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without exception.
Item Condition
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties, guarantees, or recourse, expressed or implied.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect items prior to bidding and to determine the condition, authenticity, and value of the items.
No returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Additional photos or information can be requested by emailing tyler@leisrealty.com.
The Auctioneer is not responsible for accidents, damages, or losses occurring at any time.
Payment & Shipping Terms
Accepted Payment
All major credit cards accepted.
A 3% processing fee applies to all card payments.
For transactions over $1,500, payment must be made by bank wire transfer ? NO EXCEPTIONS.
Invoices
Within 24 hours of auction completion, an electronic invoice will be emailed.
The invoice will include:
Lot numbers
Hammer prices
Buyer?s premium
Sales tax (if applicable)
Shipping and insurance fees
Payment must be completed through the ?PAY NOW? button in the invoice.
Shipping
All items ship IN-HOUSE ? no third-party shipping.
No upcharges: buyer pays actual USPS label cost.
Insurance is required on all packages ? NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tracking information will be emailed once the item ships.

Online Bidding Terms
This auction is online-only, with live audio and video. A valid credit card is required for registration.
A temporary $1.00 authorization may be applied to verify the card; it will be refunded.
Once approved, bidders may place pre-bids/absentee bids prior to the live auction.
The Auctioneer does not have access to your maximum pre-bids.
The auction uses multiple platforms (BidSpirit, iCollector, LiveAuctioneers, HiBid).
If you see a ?Floor Bid?, this indicates competition from a bidder on a different platform.

Bidding Agreement
All bids are final.
By placing a bid (live or pre-bid), the bidder enters a legal and binding contract to pay for the item(s).

Withdraw any item
Add items not originally listed
Group items together or divide lots
Sell items in bulk if deemed in the seller?s best interest

The auction record kept by the auctioneer and clerk is the final and binding record.
The Auctioneer acts solely as an independent contractor and is not responsible for the actions of consignors or principals.
Additional terms may be announced by the Auctioneer at any time and are binding.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to:
Reject any bid
Bid on behalf of the seller when a reserve is in place

These companies are solely responsible for their assigned grades.
