Welcome to the first 'clearing' auction at this unique multi house residence (family compound) just past Lake LaDue nearing Blazing Bills. Technically listed as Hiram, just bordering on Bainbridge. My fun loving clients have a lifetime of collections that we're sorting through and offering in multiple sales. A unique property, albeit very large only offers one way in and out so I'm limiting the amount of lots to reduce traffic. Address and instructions for pickup will be given on the invoice  the night before (Monday )**Pickup will be Tuesday August 12th, 2025 between 4:00pm and 6:30pm( You may pay cash with exact amount on site) A second email with your invoice will be sent out with all information, time and location at the end of Auction.

This will be a one-time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file. Please review the 'Terms & Conditions' section on this site to familiarize yourself with all aspects of the bidding process and pick up procedures.  We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees.
