The buyer's premium on property purchased on LiveAuctioneers will be 18% added to the final hammer price plus a 3% handling fee for credit / debit card processing. Stony Ridge Auction LLC is not responsible for live internet bids not sent, received, or executed due to the administrator or computer technology failure. Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. Items purchased and not picked up or without shipping arrangements 20 days after shipping invoices have been sent by email or telephone are subject to a storage fee of $10 per day per item to be added to the invoice of the purchaser. Items purchased and left with no shipping arrangements for more than 60 days are subject to forfeit and considered abandoned.
