2. Bring help to load items.

3. A signup sheet will be put out at 7 am the 1st day, doors will open at 9 am and we will let people in off of this sheet. There will be 2 sign in sheets at this property, 1 for the house and 1 for the garage. We will allow the 1st 15 people in the house and the 1st 10 in the garage.

5. Parking- There is limited parking in the driveway, we do have a side lot that we will use for parking depending on weather, you may have to park on side streets and walk. Do not park in the marked off area for loading and unloading.

6. We do not do pre-sales or give out pricing before the sale, we simply do not have time, this is a monster sale and we will be working right up to the sale.

7. Out of town buyers- you may submit an offer on an item to us via email or text. We will not sell anything to anyone out of town until Noon on the 1st day of the sale. It is only fair to those waiting in line. Out of town buyers must contact the Springboro, OH UPS store and pay them directly for packing and shipping. We will drop the items off on Monday after the Sale. Email or call with questions.

8. For this sale we will be full price Thursday and Friday, 25% off on Saturday and 50% off on Sunday. Not all items will be discounted.
