All of our sales are held on a first-come, first-served basis. You are fully responsible for keeping your place in line. Our team will not be responsible for managing the line or the outside premises before the estate sale opening date and time.
Items outside the home, that are part of the estate sale, are available to be claimed/purchased on sale days, before the sale opening time, on a first-come, first-served case-by-case basis. Items inside any of the buildings or homes on the premises are strictly prohibited, off-limits, and are not available for purchase before the sale opening date and time.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries while you are attending our estate sales. Please note that you are entering at your own risk. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Please be respectful, courteous & kind to others, and to us, the PATRIOT CREW, we are trying our best. We appreciate you, and we hope to see you there!

This is a Picker’s Estate Sale, which means most items are not priced, sorted, staged, or inspected. Unlike our usual estate sales, this one’s a bit different. While not everyone may enjoy it, it’s perfect for those who love the thrill of digging and hunting through untouched treasures. Join us this weekend for some fun exploring—you never know what hidden gems you might uncover!
Make a Pile & We'll Make a Deal!
This property is set well back from the road with a long gravel driveway that’s in rough shape—bumpy, narrow, and dotted with dips. Parking is available around the house and outbuildings, though it’s mostly grass and mud. Please do not park in the middle of the driveway. Please use caution and be mindful, as you’re entering and parking at your own risk, and there’s a chance you could get stuck if you’re not careful or lack a 4x4 vehicle.
There are all kinds of farm equipment & machinery, some may require a forklift, truck & trailer. You are responsible for moving/loading/transporting any equipment that you purchase.
