Registration and inspection starts at 8:30am on June 14th, 2025
PARKING: Limited parking available right near the house so please park in the large fenced in lot across from: The Five 4's Distillery on 417 N. Center St. and walk.
1. REGISTRATION: Bidders must have a valid Driver's License. 2. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium (plus 3% if paying with credit card) will be added to every item sold. 3. PAYMENT: Payment by credit card, or cash! 4. REMOVAL: This is an LIVE ONSITE AUCTION: All purchases to be removed the day of auction - large items will have to wait to be removed until later in the day due to limited parking near the house. The auction company staff does not provide moving services or tools. Please be prepared to move all of your purchases and bring your own help/boxes/dollys. Any item NOT removed June 14th, will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Buyer authorizes Clover Auctions to release buyer's assets to any individual in possession of the buyer's sales receipt. Bidder further agrees to be held personally responsible for all purchases made on their bidder number and agrees that bidder will not charge back items which are not picked up during the published removal times. 5.
