We have a rather odd and interesting small sale coming up!

This estate sale is actually a two-home estate sale.

We recently had a sale on Jaycox Road in North Ridgeville, and we are now conducting a new sale in the house next door!

BOTH homes will be open for this unique one-day sale.

The new estate

This estate is very small but does have several interesting items, as well as a basement for the adventurous among you to dig through!

Highlights include:

nice smaller mid-century China Cabinet

mid-century tall glass lamp (likely Blenko)

vintage audio equipment and speakers

lots of project furniture pieces

large collection of vintage ashtrays, including some long-gone local establishments

The new estate's shed

There is also a shed which contains lots of available items, including:

John Deere riding mower

lawn decor

large picnic table

log splitter

other powered lawn tools

swimming pool items

The new backyard

The backyard also has some items which may be of interest to some, including:

antique McCormick-Deering riding mower

vintage Ford tractor

various farm/mowing implements

swimming pool cover and reel

The first estate

This estate contains all of the unsold items from the first sale we had in this home.

ALL items must be sold and we are taking offers on every remaining item.

The owner of the estate needs the house as cleaned out as possible, so we are doing steep discounts on everything left!
