We will not accept early arrivals, nor will we process any pick ups after 12pm. Please note, you will need to arrive by 11:30am to allow time to process paperwork. There are ABSOLUTELY no alternate arrangements for pick up. If you can not make pick up, please do not bid. Bill of Sale will be processed on site, by Fiduciary. Copy of receipt will be emailed after pick up. Absolutely no returns. Items must be inspected prior to leaving property.
