We are continuing at the farm with the first outbuilding that is filled with awesome items. From primitives to collectibles, tools, antique furniture, items from the house including a grandfather clock, sofa and much more!! There is an amazing antique refrigerator, an antique oak icebox, vintage scales, 2 antique horse blankets from Sylvania Tannery, costume jewelry lots, several lots of tools, vintage bottles and so much more!!

Please read ALL instructions. It is imperative that you know your bidder name and you have a copy of your invoice available. If you do not have this it will slow up the process.

Pick Up Date: Tuesday, September 29th, 2026

Pick Up Time: 2:00-5:30pm the address is released the evening before the pick up. DO NOT CALL, TEXT, OR EMAIL THE ADDRESS WILL BE RELEASED SUNDAY EVENING AFTER SALE ENDS.

This will be a one-time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited. Winning Bidders are responsible for removing and loading all item, make sure you bring assistance.

For this sale shipping is available for all small items. Also we are offering delivery on the furniture for a delivery fee.
