This sale is CASH ONLY! Entry is based on first come first serve basis. Sale starts at 9:00 am. Homeowner will be present and willing to help. This sale is primarily in the garage. Larger furniture items will be located inside. If considering the purchase of a larger item, the homeowner will accompany you to the proper location.
CAUTION: Homeowner and estate sale company are not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur on said property… By attending this sale you agree to these terms and conditions.
Delivery options maybe available for a fee depending on the distance. Sales attendants are not available to load large furniture. Please bring your own help to assist with the removal of large items.

Items Paid In Full may be left up to 24 hours/ please make pick up/delivery arrangements with cashier.
