Bring your labor to dismantle furniture. Bring help to Load Large Items. No onsite labor available to help!
Bring your packaging materials.

All items sold 'as-is' ‘where-is’.

Any unmarked/tagged items brought to checkout without a price will not be sold until further research can be done. Time line may be next morning.

Steps are marked. If you cannot safely negotiate steps, please do not enter. We are not responsible for accidents/injuries.

Note....Important! We are a 3-generation sale, and will have personal security on-site. We are courteous and appreciate all Customers.
