Grandview Art & Auctions – Default Terms & Conditions
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees as to condition, age, authenticity, or completeness. Buyers are responsible for reviewing descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing or bidding.
Payment:
Payment is due in full before items are released. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or approved online payments. A valid ID may be required at pickup.
Pickup & Removal:
All purchased items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup dates and times listed in each sale. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials, tools, and labor for loading. Grandview Auctions staff cannot assist with lifting or loading heavy items. Items not picked up will be considered forfeited without refund.
Condition & Representation:
Descriptions are provided as a courtesy and reflect our opinion to the best of our knowledge. However, buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person when possible. Measurements and descriptions are approximate.
Liability:
Grandview Auctions, its staff, and clients are not liable for accidents, injury, or loss on premises during preview or pickup.
Bidding / Online Sales:
All bids and purchases are binding. In the event of a dispute, Grandview Auctions’ decision is final. We reserve the right to reject any bid or buyer deemed not in good standing.
