Moving Estate Sale – Custom Furniture, Artisan Pottery, Vintage Books & More

Sign up sheet will open at 8am, the day before the sale, via text 541-668-1671. Text in to reserve your place in line. The first 40 will receive confirmation. After that, admission will follow in line order.
All items are sold "as-is", with no returns, exchanges, or warranties. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards. All payments are due at the time of purchase. Prices are non-negotiable on the first day of the sale. Discounts may be offered on subsequent days at our discretion.
Doors will open at the advertised time. Early entry or pre-sales are not permitted. Items can only be held with full payment.
All items must be removed by 12pm on the last day of the sale. The Buyer is responsible for moving and loading their purchased items. We do have dolly onsite to help move larger items.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the sale or on the property.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
For safety reasons, please keep children supervised at all times.
Only service animals are allowed.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, bundle items, or make changes at our discretion during the sale.
