There is NO refund - as we started everything with very low starting bids. Ask your questions before we go live.

The following are PASHCO, LLCs entire agreement with the purchaser relative to the property listed in the auction catalog. By participating in any sale, the purchaser acknowledges that it is bound by these terms and conditions.

Auction Overview

PASHCO, LLC: PASHCO ROCK AND ROLL AUCTION (THIS SALE) auction will be conducted on-line only on the date and time advertised). All lots are available for on-line bidding through LiveAuctioneers.com or at PASHCO.COM

You may preview and bid on-line at LiveAuctioneers.com with direct bids.

Payment is expected within three days for won items. Following completion of the auction, an invoice will be issued and sent by e-mail from a representative of PASHCO, LLC or LiveAuctioneers, which will include all processing fees and shipping costs. In some cases, based on buyer preference, once your item(s) are paid for - a second invoice will be sent for packing, shipping, insurance and tracking your items.

Conditions of Sale:

Values set forth on items are fair market value estimates. EVERYTHING IS SOLD "AS IS" with condition as noted and without any representations or warranties by PASHCO, LLC. as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, the correctness of the catalog or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of any property and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the catalog, an advertisement, on-line, a bill of sale, a salesroom posting or announcement, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. PASHCO, LLC gives no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to whether the purchaser acquires any copyrights, including but not limited to, any reproduction rights in any property. PASHCO, LLC is NOT responsible for errors and omissions in the catalog, on-line, or any supplemental material.

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be honored between the purchaser and PASHCO, LLC. PASHCO, LLC is not obligated to offer any exchange or refund on vintage items.

No statements made at the sale, in the item description, on the invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a representation or warranty or be subject to liability. Purchasers are advised to inspect and satisfy themselves of the items being sold prior to the sale. You may request more information before bidding.

Some lots in the sale may be subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon between PASHCO, LLC and the owner of the item.

The highest bidder is the purchaser as determined by the auctioneer. Shall a dispute on a bid arise, the auctioneer will have sole discretion in determining the purchaser, or to cancel the sale, or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, PASHCO, LLC sale record is conclusive.

There is a 12% buyer's premium added to hammer price.

For items purchased through LiveAuctioneers.com, PASHCO, LLC. Or LiveAuctioneers will contact and send an invoice to all winning bidders via e-mail at the completion of the auction.

Payment can be made by via PAYPAL, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. PASHCO, LLC expects payment to be made within THREE DAYS of the auction ending.

The purchaser, not PASHCO, LLC nor the prior owner of the item, assumes all risks and responsibilities for items purchased at the time the highest bidder is acknowledged by the auctioneer.

Once payment has been made, a second invoice may be sent to the winning bidder. This invoice will include the estimated costs for shipping your winning lot(s) from Naples, FL to the address you desire. The costs will also include packing material such as tubes and envelopes. All items are shipped INSURED and TRACKED - at the buyers cost. WE DO NOT ADD ANY FEES TO SHIPPING. THIS IS A SERVICE PASHCO OFFERS. You're Welcome! And thank you for your business. We may follow up with you and ask for a second shipping payment if our initial estimate is underbid significantly.

Any merchandise not paid for in full (total purchase price + buyers premium + shipping fees) will be kept in storage no more than 30 days. After 30 days the merchandise becomes the full and complete property of PASHCO, LLC with no exception and no refund is offered. Any item not paid for (either/and/or purchase price or shipping fees) will result in an open dispute at LiveAuctioneers web site - and may limit your future bidding potential on future PASHCO, LLC auctions as well as other auction houses. PASHCO, LLC reports all bidders names on unpaid items. There are no refunds or claims to any item that is unpaid after 30 days.

These terms and conditions, and the respective rights hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. By bidding at the auction, the purchaser shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the state courts of, and the federal courts sitting in, the State of Florida.

If any single applicable term or condition is not complied with by the purchaser, the purchaser shall be in default and in addition to any and all other remedies available to PASHCO, LLC. by law, including, without limitation, the right hold the purchaser liable for the total purchase price, including all fees, charges and expenses associated therewith, and PASHCO, LLC may, at its option, (a) cancel the sale of that, or any other lot or lots sold to the defaulting purchaser, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser, or (b) resell the purchased property, whether at public auction or by private sale, or (c) effect any combination thereof. In any case, the purchaser will be liable for any deficiencies, costs, expenses or fees (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) incidental to such default. In no event shall PASHCO, LLC liability to any purchaser exceed the purchase price actually paid. By participating in the auction you agree to ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PERIOD.
