Tools, Jewelry and More Estate Sale

• Entrance and exit will be through the front door. Please line up at the front door. All of the jewelry is displayed by the register and display case cases. The garage is filled with miscellaneous household tools. We look forward to seeing you guys!
• The sale is on the smaller scale of what we typically take on, but it’s a beautiful home, clean, no non-smoker no pets and filled with nice household items.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING FOR OUR SALES:
* "As-Is, Where-Is": All items are sold "as-is" with no guarantee or warranty on their condition. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing. All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.
* No pre-sales: Items are not sold or priced before the start of the sale.
* Payment: Acceptable payment methods are cash, credit cards, or debit cards. We do NOT take checks. Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee for cards.
* Entry: A first-come, first-served policy is standard for entry. We NEVER DO SIGNUPS, LISTS, or NUMBERS.
* Right to refuse service: Nest Egg reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person. We are NOT responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may occur at the sale site.
* Help with loading: Please bring help to move large or heavy or bulky items. We do no heavy lifting. Be ready to give a tip to our staff, if you want furniture or other large items moved for you.
* Security: The houses we work at are alarmed and/or are under 24/7 watch. Also, our sales may have security cameras and professional security staff present. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
* Event expectations: We aim to provide a fun and pleasant shopping experience for everyone. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we deem foul.
Shopping and property guidelines
* Be respectful: Treat the property and its contents with care. Remember that you are in someone's home, and the items may have sentimental value for the family.
* Do not remove tags: Do not take price tags off items you intend to purchase.
* Hold policy: If you decide to buy a large item, alert a staff member to mark it as sold. Respect the hold table and do not take items that are already claimed.
* Pricing is firm on day one: Haggling is typically not allowed on the first day of the sale. Prices may be reduced on subsequent days.
* No phone calls for pricing: As an Estate Sale Company, we are busy preparing and will not provide pricing information over the phone or by email.
* Negotiation: If you do choose to negotiate on a later sale day, be respectful and accept a "no" graciously.
* Damaged items: If you break an item, you are expected to buy it.
* Restrooms are off-limits: Customer use of the home's restrooms is not permitted.
* Parking: Be mindful of neighbors and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or alleys.
* Bring supplies: Have your own bags and boxes for carrying your purchases.
