We love a good treasure hunt, but even treasure hunting needs a few rules.

PAYMENT: Cash, credit & debit cards accepted. A 3% convenience fee applies to all card purchases. No checks, please.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED: We do not use sign-up sheets, lists, numbers, placeholders, secret handshakes, or “my friend is holding my spot.” The line is the line. First come, first served!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Please inspect your treasures carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Once it’s yours…it’s yours!

BYOB — BRING YOUR OWN BOXES! We go through bags, boxes and packing materials FAST. If you think you might find something fabulous, come prepared with boxes, bags and wrapping material.

BRING YOUR MUSCLES: Purchasing something big or heavy? Please bring enough help to safely load and transport it. Our staff may not be available to assist with heavy lifting.

PLEASE BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR: Estate sales can bring a crowd! Please be courteous and do not block driveways, mailboxes, gates or neighboring properties. Park legally and leave plenty of room for residents to come and go.

WATCH YOUR STEP: Enter the property at your own risk. Nest Egg Estate Sales & Auctions and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, falls, damage or loss of personal property. Please watch your step, mind the stairs and treasure hunt safely.

AND FINALLY… Be kind to our staff, be kind to each other, and have FUN. Estate sales are basically grown-up treasure hunts, and we can’t wait to see what you find!
