No signs allowed inside EagleCrest, so when you get to Eagle Crest take the lower part and turn on Mt. Quail Dr and go past the lodge, go past 1st gate and go to 2nd gate, the gate is supposed to open from 8:30 to 3:00, then go straight until the stop sign, and turn left on Condor Dr, then turn left on Condor Ct. Your best bet is to park on Condor Dr, and walk the short distance to Condor Ct. Parking is very limited on Condor Ct, please park carefully and don't block driveways, or block the street. It's also garbage day, again park carefully. Driveway is reserved for loading only. PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS SALE! This is the 1st sale allowed in Eagle Crest in many years. Please park carefully and not on lawns, or block driveways. There are no signs allowed inside Eagle Crest. Detailed directions will be posted Thursday before sale, or use your GPS. Gate will be open 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Sign up list will be put out at 8:35. I have no control who may be at the home before this time as in neighbors, etc. If you are 1st at gate it does not mean you will be 1st at house and on list.
