Private Party Estate Sale – Terms & Conditions

1. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is and where-is. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

2. Payment Methods
Accepted forms of payment include cash, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Checks are not accepted.

3. Item Condition & Description
Best efforts are made to accurately describe items; however, no warranties or guarantees (expressed or implied) are made regarding authenticity, age, condition, or functionality.

4. Holds & Claims
Items will not be held without full payment. Verbal claims, piles, or notes do not reserve an item unless payment is made.

5. Pickup & Removal
All purchased items must be removed from the property by the end of the sale or by a pre-arranged pickup time. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help, tools, and vehicles for moving large items.

6. Liability Waiver
Buyers enter the property at their own risk. The seller is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property while onsite.

7. Pricing
Prices are firm unless otherwise stated. Bargaining may be allowed at the seller’s discretion and only at designated times.

8. Early Entry / Line Policy
No early entry is allowed. Entry will be first-come, first-served. The seller may limit the number of people inside the home at any time for safety reasons.

9. No Large Bags or Backpacks
Large bags may be restricted to prevent breakage or theft. The seller reserves the right to inspect bags if necessary.

10. Parking Requirements
Buyers must comply with neighborhood parking rules and avoid blocking driveways, fire hydrants, or mailboxes.

11. Removal of Estate Property
Any attempt to steal, conceal, or remove unpaid items will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

12. Right to Refuse Service
The seller reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any individual who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner.
