Alternate Pickup:
Transport to Bend, Oregon will be available for an additional fee. Bend pickup day is Nov. 30th (Sun) 10am-1pm. (exact address provided to winning bidders only). You will need to email team@bendvillageestateservices.com to request pick up in Bend once the auction is closed.

• All items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
• Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate help, tools, and equipment for loading and transport.
• Large or heavy items (including vehicles and equipment) require scheduled loading arrangements — no on-site loading assistance or machinery will be provided.
• Payment is due immediately following the close of the auction.
• Any items not picked up during the scheduled time or arranged for Bend transport will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
