The owner was a talented local artist known for her exceptional watercolor paintings. She also had a passion for mosaics, and the backyard art studio is filled with mosaic supplies—tile, rocks, tools—and many completed pieces including paving stones, small tables, pots, and more.

The sale also features a variety of art and craft supplies, including two sewing machines.

You’ll find a large selection of books (both fiction and non-fiction), an impressive amount of women’s clothing, and an abundance of name-brand shoes.

A standout furniture piece is a heavy-duty wooden storage hutch with clear-front drawers—possibly once used in a retail setting. It comes in two pieces. Additional furniture, office supplies, gardening décor, and many other treasures round out this fun and unique sale.
