Estate Sale - Garden Home area - Address will be posted on Friday May 30th at 9am.

Hours will be Friday May 30th 10am to 4pm, Saturday May 31st 10am to 4pm, Sunday June1st 10am to 1pm (half off on Sunday).

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS. Everything is priced to sell!

Attending a sale is a voluntary act and the Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents that may occur on or off the premises during the sale.

We may restrict the number of shoppers inside at one time.
Please bring helpers and an appropriate vehicle to assist you with moving and hauling any large items. Pick-ups for a later date (Sunday, etc.) are possible with full payment.
CASH, VENMO or Apple Cash. No checks will be accepted. No valuables left on-site. Caretaker on-site. Property is under video surveillance.
We will consider reasonable offers and Sunday from 10am to 1pm will be 50% off. However, some items may be on reserve price or open to bids.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
There is no list. Numbers are handed out at 9am the FIRST DAY OF THE SALE ONLY.
Your number will hold your place in line, which means that once you get your number, you can leave the venue and return once the doors open.
All sales are final, items sold AS-IS and must be picked up on the day of the sale unless other arrangements are discussed.
We offer a holding area for you to place your goods while shopping.
We do not allow large purses, bags, boxes or backpacks; no exceptions.
Must arrange your own pickup and delivery by end of sale.
