Your number will hold your place in line, which means that once you get your number, you can leave the venue and return once the doors open.
We accept cash or credit cards for payment.
All sales are final and must be picked up on the day of the sale unless other arrangements are discussed.
We offer a holding area for you to place your goods while shopping.
We do not allow large bags, boxes or backpacks; no exceptions.
Must arrange your own pickup and delivery by end of sale. We can recommend services.

Our next special event in Gary Germer's estate event room is the incredible fine art collection of William Reynolds. A two-time Oscar winning film editor for The Sting & Sound of Music and an avid art collector has amassed a number of masterpieces before his passing. Now you get to own a piece of history and shop Mr. Reynolds' collection from some of the biggest names in art, such as Matisse and Picasso. This is a special one weekend event in our Vault Showroom Gallery showcasing over 50 works of art from a variety styles from European and Pacific Northwest artists. You might even get a chance to see the actual Oscar award for his Sound of Music win!
