The Glamorous Life - Estate Sale in Hazelwood (NE PDX)

We're back in Portland this weekend with another great sale!

If you are a clothes horse, like pretty things, adore flowers... or just love to shop... we've got you at this one!

BUSINESS FIRST:

There will be a sign up sheet. It will go outside the house at 9am and you will be responsible for adding your name. ONE name per number - PLEASE. We will line folks up around 9:50am - in order. This is not a big house, so we will let as many in as the home will safely/comfortably allow. If necessary, we will resort to one in, for every one out.

THIS HOME IS ALARMED AND OCCUPIED. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THE OWNER AFTER OR BEFORE BUSINESS HOURS.

LIVING ROOM:

Love glamour? Shoes? Purses? Clothes? How about sequins? This room is full of all of it! We've got SO many Coach purses - most look barely used, if used at all. Black, silver, purple and more - totally wearable luxury! Shimmery Whiting and Davis, Shoes - so many shoes - Sam Edelman, Coach, Sketchers and more - mostly size 9-10. Most barely worn! And the clothes - sequins, leather, faux fur and more! Super cute and super fancy! Mostly size M/L. Karl Lagerfeld, Chicos, Ana - lots of great brands. And it's not just clothes. We've got some accessories in this room as well - Betsy Johnson and Coach scarves, Gucci and Ray Ban Sunglasses and lots of costume jewelry. Bowl of pretty sunglasses, vintage fur wrap scarves.

Perfumes in a case (with the sunglasses) - Gucci, Versace, Michael Kors, Dior. Several collectible miniatures as well.

And it goes beyond the wearibles. We've got furniture and decor as well. Brass and glass sofa table, coffee and end tables, incredible brass and glass etegere, really nice and barely used neutral sofa with nail head detail. Stained glass lamps - one is Quoizel and it's a stunner. Stained glass panels, vases, trinket boxes and bowls, newer decorative pillows, copper boiler, beaded table runners, Thomas Kinkade, brass lamps, brass trunk with ship scene, Mexican pottery, the CUTEST tea cup I've ever seen (on the mantle), onyx bookends, gorgeous mirrors, a pair of metal cranes, stunning enameled jewelry dresser, vintage hall table.. and we cannot leave out the Curtis Jere Peacock brass wall sculpture! So incredible!

DINING / KITCHEN:

Hollywood Regency dining table? Check. Hundreds of Capodimonte flowers? Also check. Not to mention the lime wash Howard Miller grandfather clock with glass shelves inside. Can you imagine what you could do with that?

Incredible and BIG! antique ice chest with galvanized interior. Oak curio with curved glass front, full of More Capodimonte, gold tone flatware, set of versatile gold/ivory china, cobalt blue Moroccan tea glasses, gorgeous ornate brass candleholders, classic mantle clock, super pretty Sundance embroidered coat, pair of camel brown faux leather barstools, Majolica style cabbage bowls, colorful serving pieces, Mexican/Italian/Safari style pieces, Bugatti Italy stainless flatware with cream handles, similar set - but red handles also available, nicer cookware/bakeware, small appliances and utensils....

MASTER BEDROOM:

Oh the clothes! Really... they are EVERYWHERE. But the most are here. So many great pieces and the better brands! Chicos, NYDJ, Nordstrom brands, Guess... a few vintage pieces, faux fur, leopard, brights, black and ivory, embroidered florals... Handbags, scarves, MORE shoes, sunglasses! MCM low boy dresser, amazing Iris mirror, some perfumes, cute metal mini-etegere, statement metal gold headboard, blue stained glass piece... LOTS to see in here!!

KID ROOM:

Don't worry, the baby is ok!! Just outgrew a lot of things and some still have tags. Clothing sizes 0-12 months, mostly. SO CUTE!! Bagged up by size and style for your convenience. TONS of them!! Socks, hats, swaddles, coats and more. Sweet white metal day bed, colorful beaded accent pieces, DeGrazia, super cute petite vintage secretary desk, antique oak dresser with glass knobs, some stuffies and toys, corner metal/wicker shelf. If you know someone who is about to, or just had a baby - you simply can't miss this room!

SEWING ROOM:

Well... not JUST sewing! Even MORE clothing in here! So full that my rack is starting to bow! Cute vintage metal ironing board, shelf of more clothes and accessories, pillows, scarves, sewing needs, overlock sewing machine, antique Singer machine with table, thread, floral art and more!

GARAGE:

You will have to step outside to get to the garage - but it's covered right there. Of course there are more clothes! But it's not just that.... We've got lots of Christmas items, including a boxed flocked tree. Black metal cabinet full of household chemicals and misc, office supplies, some toys, kitchen items - some NIB, hand tools, dresser, fans, storage pieces. There's some really fun things in this garage :)

OUTSIDE:

THREE turquoise steel frame round disc outdoor chairs! So cool. Lots of colorful Mexican pottery, white cast iron bench with table, terra cotta and blue pots, yard art, black metal outdoor patio set, patio umbrella, white metal nesting tables, peacock solar lit glass bird bath - in box! Around the corner off the deck you'll find cabinets full of yard and garden chemicals and supplies, yard tools, metal and wood bench, and more outdoor decor.

This is not a HUGE sale, but it makes up for it in quality!

Refresh your wardrobe and your home... just in time for Spring!
