We open at 9:00 a.m. Friday morning and signup sheet will be out at 7:30, we will call names at 9:00 - you MUST BE PRESENT at that time, if we call your name and you are unavailable, you will lose your spot - we appreciate your patience.
Cash and credit cards accepted - NO Personal Checks - 3% convenience fee on all credit/debit card purchases.
All sales are based on first come, first served only, and you must be on site at premises to make purchases. Please do not call, text or email requesting prices.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - with NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Items are sold AS-IS, in used condition with no written or assumed guarantee.
Please be careful when handling items, if you break it - you buy it.
Please bring your own bags and boxes for purchases and "SOLD" tags for the items you cannot carry while shopping. We are unable to watch, monitor or guard your items and if you mark it sold, it's yours, please don't "hold" items.
Staff at sale cannot help load heavy items.
Not responsible for accidents - please take care in walking on property.
