FARM SALE ON WEST EVANS

JP Estate Liquidations  is happy to introduce our next estate sale.  This coming Friday and Saturday, July 18th and 19th, 9am to 4pm both days.  Located outside Rogue River on W. Evans, in Wimer, just past Minthorn.

       This estate has a nice variety of household, tools, and greenhouse ancillaries.   Beautiful little farm items, from a small chicken coop, to, fruit and vegetable growing and processing.  
       There are 6 buckets of Valley Food Storage.  Food kits, food supplements and substitutes.  
      Large variety of tools.  From hand tools, to electric tools,  battery operated tools.   Lots of small farming tools.  
     There is a large green house frame and all the items needed to build one.   Lots of pipes and hoses for hydroponics.  Lots of planting and growing supplies.   
   The house is full of good stuff.   Nice 4 piece bedroom set.   Cal king avocado mattress.   Another nice queen.  Nice couch and recliner.  Electronics as well.  Vintage Sony.   Nice lamps.  
        Kitchen includes lots of knives.   A vintage Mikasa stoneware dinner set.   Wine items.  A Kitchenaide.   Numerous pots and pans.  
       Outside you'll find cement benches, a picnic table, yard art, a wood bench, Adirondack chairs.
         There is also (pics soon to come) a riding lawn mower.   A couple nice bikes, wooden chairs, a chest freezer, several poly tech pallets, a small trailer.
