Please note that no assistance will be provided for moving or transporting large items, so please come prepared with your own help and equipment. Buyers will be held responsible for any damage caused while moving items out of the premises. Early entry is prohibited to ensure fairness. Security measures will be in place for the protection of all attendees. We kindly request that you respect the property during the sale. Unfortunately, there are no public restrooms available on-site. Attend the estate sale at your own risk, as we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses.
