All purchases must be paid in full before merchandise will be released for pickup or shipping.

This is the ONLY scheduled pickup date for this auction. Please plan accordingly and do not arrive late.

Buyers who fail to pick up during the scheduled date and time will be required to arrange a separate appointment and will be charged a $50 appointment fee before their merchandise is released.

Alternate appointments are subject to staff availability and are not guaranteed.

Buyers are responsible for bringing sufficient help, tools, packing materials, and appropriate transportation to safely remove their purchases.

SHIPPING

Shipping is not provided by 4 Seasons Estate Sales. All packing and shipping for this auction is handled by our independent third-party shipping provider, Quality Packaging & Shipping (QPS).

Buyers requiring shipping must contact QPS directly for a shipping quote and to make shipping arrangements.

UNCLAIMED & ABANDONED ITEMS

All items must be picked up or shipped within 30 days of the auction.

Any item that has not been picked up or shipped within 30 days will be considered abandoned property and will become the property of 4 Seasons Estate Sales, LLC, regardless of whether the item has been paid for.

Abandoned items may be resold, donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled at the discretion of 4 Seasons Estate Sales, LLC.

No refunds or credits will be issued for items a buyer fails to pick up or have shipped within the required 30-day period. Payment for an item does not extend the pickup or shipping deadline.

FIREARMS

Firearms are subject to additional transfer requirements.

Firearm buyers must contact 4 Seasons Estate Sales BEFORE coming to the warehouse.

Local firearm transfers require valid government-issued identification, completion of ATF Form 4473, the required background check and approval, and a $50 firearm transfer fee.

No three-day releases.

The garage doors are open, the engines are running, and more than 160 lots are lined up for one seriously loaded auction. This collection shifts from Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Corgi, Tonka, Majorette, Maisto, ERTL and Road Champs to detailed fire engines, emergency vehicles, construction equipment, classic Ford and Chevrolet models, display cases, carded singles, boxed gift sets and massive loose collections. Some have never left their packaging. Others have clearly lived life a quarter-mile at a time. Expect vintage pickups, muscle cars, ladder trucks, pumpers, tankers, rescue vehicles, Models of Yesteryear and enough miniature horsepower to take over the whole garage. Then, just when you think the road ends, the final four lots bring out the heavy metal: a Brno Mauser-pattern military rifle, a 1958 Ithaca Model 37 Featherlight shotgun, a Remington Model 514 .22 rifle and an incomplete Wards Western Field .22 rifle. Whether you collect pristine packages, play-worn survivors, vintage fire apparatus or anything built to move fast and look good doing it, this auction is ready to run. Review all photographs, descriptions and condition reports before bidding. Items are sold as photographed. Mechanical, electronic and moving features have not been tested unless specifically stated. Firearm Notice: All firearms require FFL-to-FFL transfer. A $50 transfer fee applies to each firearm.
