We will put a sign up sheet out at 8am. If you arrive before 8 PLEASE keep track of your place in line and those who arrived before you. We do not monitor the list. We will call names from the list at 9am. Beginning Jan 2024 we will be charging a 3% convenience fee for cards. We accept cash also, and checks from those we know. 24 HOUR SURVEILLANCE ON PROPERTY. JEWELRY NOT ON LOCATION UNTIL SALE DAYS. PLEASE ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP FOR MOVING LARGE FURNITURE PIECES. This is the Estate of the Day famiily formers owners of Juniper Junction at Smith Rock State Park, where the family sold souveniers, and Rock Climbing suppies from the 1960s until recenlty until when Collin Day passed away. The sale will be in the home, and 1 outbuilding, not inside Juniper Junction. Collins father Robert and mother Irene Day moved here and built the Mid Century home in the 1960s. Irene days ancestors were early local families in Early Madras, Bend, Prineville, and summer lake areas, bringing many of the family antiques with her, and adding to them over the next 60 years.Besides that, the Day family traveled all over bringing things back to sell in the gift store, in the 1970s thru 1990s. Not much ender up in the gift store, just stored away. Among this treasure trove is lots of brand new/old stock items from this era, with many MID CENTUY ITEMS, vintage retro clothing from Pirana, Maine.iac, Java Lava and more! Mark your calendars for our this not to miss sale! Historical local family, and longtime are residents. Home was built in early 60s and is like a time capsule of stuff. Part of the family were early Bend residents, and the owners built the home in the 1960s, and later their son moved in to care for them, and lived there until he passed. The home is packed with treasures from the 1890s to Mid Century. Items include amazing claw footed round oak table & chairs, other antique oak furniture, Mid Century dining set, credenza, and other Mid Century items, antique clocks, lamps of all kinds, Native American items, weavings, unique vintage pottery, lots of old book including some local history, lots of old farm relics, enamelware,  antique toys ,antique oil paintings, antique post office boxes, antique scales collection of all kinds, lots of rocks & fossils, antique quilts, antique photos and pictures, lots of vintage Mens clothing including Pendelton, huge bottle collection with 100s of bottles including early embossed whiskey bottles, large set of Franciscan Desert Rose dishes, old tools, lots of retro & vintage items never opened old stock, and more as we start unpacking this time capsule!
