PDX Estate Warehouse was created as a collaborative effort between PDX Estate Services and ThreeSixty Estate Services. The idea stemmed from our firsthand experience with the overwhelming demand for estate sale services and the realization that there simply weren't enough weekends in a month to accommodate all the estate sale opportunities that came our way. We were determined to find a more efficient solution, which led to the creation of PDX Estate Marketplace.
In addition to our traditional in-home estate sales, we have expanded our offerings to include buyouts and consignments for households facing time constraints or dealing with HOA/neighborhood restrictions that prevent them from hosting conventional estate sales. We are thrilled to introduce you to the remarkable estates we've diligently collected, sorted, priced, and staged. Our vast 20,000-square-foot space is brimming with incredible finds, and we also have additional storage units filled with estate buyouts and consignments eagerly awaiting their turn in the spotlight. So come tackle some early holiday shopping, check out our incredible vintage and mid-century finds, or stop by to support a small business and shop in a sustainable way!

This sale has such good vibes. I just want to move into this space! All the richness of a well appointed home and all the practical things you need to operate it. I must say, my crew is so talented and works magic every single month! So proud. So grateful.
We have a full Marketplace this month and we are happy to jump right into the holiday (Christmas!) mood. Why now? Why August? Because everyone LOVES Christmas and you can't buy it all in December. Consider this a public service so you can budget your spending! HA! Let us treat you to a huge amount of Christmas decor and holiday collectibles a little early this year. We have SO MUCH MORE to bring out closer to November/December so not to worry. There is MORE COMING.
In addition we are the stewards of the incredible estate ​with Mr. Peanut, gumball machines, Portland Trail Blazers, advertising and tons of other cool stuff!
Our clothing this month is all very cool, Madewell, Anthro, Top Shop, J.Crew, Tory Burch and lots of other cool vintage pieces. We even pulled out our Christmas clothes to add to the festive feeling.
