Grandview Auctions Terms & Conditions (Summary)

1. Bidding Agreement
By placing a bid, you agree to complete the purchase and be bound by these terms. All sales are final.

2. Buyer's Premium
A buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each item. This rate is listed on each auction page.

3. Payment
Payment is due within 5 business days via Live Auctioneers Live Payments. Accepted methods include major credit cards and bank transfer. Unpaid invoices may result in cancellation and bidding suspension.

4. Shipping
We use Live Auctioneers Live Shipping. Costs are calculated after the auction. Items ship within 5-7 business days after payment. International buyers are responsible for any import fees.

5. Item Condition
All items are sold as-is with no warranties. We do our best to describe lots accurately, but condition is not guaranteed.

6. No Returns
All sales are final. No refunds or returns. Shipping damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Auctioneer Rights
We may refuse bids, withdraw lots, or resolve bidding issues at our discretion.

8. Legal
These terms are governed by Oregon law. Disputes will be handled in Clatsop County, Oregon.
