With all the large items, you will need help to move them; please prepare in advance. Our staff is not able to move furniture.

Pristine home, shoe covers will be provided, stairs, this is basically a three level home.

We accept CASH (no large bills for small purchases please), credit/debit cards & Apple Pay.

All the furniture that is upholstered is custom upholstered: double bed size headboard, two sofas, hide-a-bed, chairs (several sets of dining room chairs) pairs of chairs. Two beds/mattress sets: Queen & Full.

MCM:  Queen bedroom set, living room coffee table & pair of end tables. Rattan: corner shelf, set of 4 chairs with pads, pair of upholstered chairs, coffee table. 

The beauty of this sale regarding furniture, almost everything has a matching piece: most lamps are paired, side tables, with only ONE PULL TAG for each set. No worries on someone else grabbing the matching piece 👍🏼

Vintage clothes & closets with every day comfy clothes & handbags. Shoes are for tiny feet, including a pair of Ugg boots. 

Vintage WITH  Original tags “Westland Woven by Pendleton” wool throws. 

Outdoor items: beautiful ceramic pots, patio furniture, umbrella and lounge chairs. Basic garage items.
