Payment Terms:
All major credit cards, 20% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all final bids.
Sales Tax: No sales tax will be applied.

Pickup Location: Allentown PA  near Wehr Mill Park  (not Tom Hall Auctions).  Buyer pickup will take place on Thursday June 26, 2025 from 9am-4pm and Friday June 27, 2025 from 9am-1pm.

The exact address will be provided in the paid receipt email sent to the successful bidder. This email will also include a link to schedule a pickup time or request shipping arrangements.

Shipping is available on SMALL items only: NO FURNITURE.

Important Shipping Information:

Tom Hall Auctions must be notified of shipping needs immediately upon receipt of your paid invoice.  All shipping requests must be before 4pm Wednesday June 25, 2025. If we are not notified by the time indicated shipping may not be available to you.

Online Only Bidding: Auction starts closing with 2 items closing per minute, bidding continues as auction closes.

Extended bidding, if a bid is placed within the last 1 minute of a lot’s scheduled close time the bidding will be extended 1 minute from the last bid.

Buying at auction is not like buying new; the items are used, vintage and antique. They are consigned by estates and people downsizing. They have been used in people’s homes for their purposes, so while most items are in good condition, most are not in perfect condition.

Credit Card Payments: We accept credit card payments for most purchases, which will be automatically charged.  However, at Auctioneers Discretion: The Auctioneer reserves the right to request wire transfer payments for any purchase at their discretion.

No checks or pay pal accepted.

NOTE: At Auctioneers discretion Credit Card may be charged up to $1250 for all bidders. Cash or wire transfer above that amount purchased may be required. Auctioneer reserves the right to require wire transfers or cash payment on any and all purchases.
