Payment Terms: All major credit cards, 20% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all final bids. 6% sales tax will be applied.

Credit Card Payments: We accept credit card payments for most purchases, which will be automatically charged. However, at Auctioneers Discretion: The Auctioneer reserves the right to request wire transfer or cash payments if an invoice exceeds $1250.00. The auctioneers may also require proof of current photo ID for any purchase at their discretion.

Instructions for Vehicles:
Purchasers of vehicles must first wire transfer payment to Tom Hall Auctions.
Once payment has been confirmed, buyers may go to Schnecksville Notary.
At the notary, the vehicle title must be transferred into the buyer’s name.
After the title transfer is complete, the vehicle can be picked up at International Custom Built Homes, Inc.
