All items sold as is, to be inspected by the buyer before purchase and to not hold the seller responsible. No buyers remorse, meaning there are NO returns. Buyer may fully inspect items before purchasing.
Most items are used and may have slight wear.
You're welcome to bring a bag for your treasures, but it will be emptied at check out.

All items including furniture must be removed the day of the sale.
You must bring your own help. We cannot assist with moving furniture.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Buyer is responsible for any damage to the premises Shoe covers will be provided and are required when entering the home.
No items will be released from the detached garage and shed without providing a copy of your paid receipt.
We love children and pets. But please leave them at home for their safety.
