The Living Estate Sale of Glenn Grove- Burkins Home and Estate Services

Join us in Delta PA this weekend Friday 9/11 and Saturday 9/12 for our lastest estate sale. Please do not arrive at the home earlier than 7am. A list will begin at that time, and entry will begin promply at 8am. You will enter in the order your name is on the list. If you arrive later than 8am, there is no need to get your name on the list, just find a spot in line!

The sale will be neighborhood parking. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes. The driveway will be used strickly for loading larger items. Tape will be provided to claim larger items during the sale. Please bring your own bags for your items, there will be a limited number of boxes to help you carry your items. A holding area will be provided so you can go in and out of the home as many times as you want!

Items in the sale are priced. Anything not priced will be 10 dollars and under. Cash and venmo are accepted. No holds or presales. Prices are not given prior to the sale. All photos are current and up to date.

There are four floors to explore which includes antiques, advertising, vintage decor, books, household items, artwork and collectibles. The basement will be enter at your own risk.
