Day 1 - Saturday 9:30 - 3:00 full price, bids accepted at minimum 60%, Day 2 - Sunday 10:00 - 2:00 1/2 price. CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY! Please be mindful of neighbor’s lawns and stay on the street. Please note house is alarmed, please don’t disturb when using sign up.sheet!

We use a sign up sheet to enter the house. Our sign up sheet will be posted at 4:00 PM Friday and Saturday, please respect, don’t cross off names and be ready to line up to enter the house at 9:30 on Saturday and 10:00 on Sunday. We do not honor any other sign up sheets other than our own! Please bring help to move or load items.
