PRIOR TO SALE

Prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to carefully review and examine any lot of interest prior to bidding. Additional photographs and condition reports are available upon request. Buyers are encouraged to ask any questions regarding a lot before placing a bid.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all lots are offered and sold AS-IS and without recourse. Fortrove - Fine Jewelry and its consignor(s) make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the condition, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, material, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, exhibition history, literature, or historical significance of any lot.

While Fortrove - Fine Jewelry makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate photographs, measurements, descriptions, and catalog information, such information is provided for identification and informational purposes. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that an item is in perfect condition or free from signs of previous use, wear, imperfections, restoration, or the natural effects of age.

No written or oral statement made in a catalog, supplemental material, advertisement, invoice, salesroom announcement, posting, or other communication shall be considered a warranty or assumption of liability unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Fortrove - Fine Jewelry.

Fortrove - Fine Jewelry and its consignor(s) make no representation or warranty that the purchase of any lot includes copyrights, trademarks, reproduction rights, or other intellectual property rights associated with that property.

Fortrove - Fine Jewelry reserves the right, at its discretion and where reasonably necessary, to withdraw a lot or cancel a bid or sale before, during, or after an auction.

PAYMENT

The buyer is responsible for payment of the entire amount due, including the hammer price, buyer's premium, applicable taxes, shipping charges where applicable, and any other authorized charges.

Full payment must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on the fifth (5th) business day following the auction.

Payment may be made by bank wire or through LiveAuctioneers' LivePayments credit card system.

If you would like to discuss an alternative payment method, please contact Fortrove - Fine Jewelry directly before submitting payment.

COLLECTING PURCHASES

Once Fortrove - Fine Jewelry has received and verified all funds due for a winning auction purchase, the purchased lot(s) will generally be prepared for shipment within five (5) business days following cleared payment.

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been processed and is ready for delivery.

SHIPPING TERMS

All jewelry shipments are carefully packaged and shipped fully insured. Tracking information is provided for each shipment, and a signature is required upon delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on payment verification, destination, carrier availability, customs requirements, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Fortrove - Fine Jewelry's reasonable control.

SHIPMENTS INSIDE THE US

After a winning bid is placed with Fortrove - Fine Jewelry, you will receive confirmation of your purchase. Once payment has been received and verified, your item will be carefully packaged and shipped via UPS or FedEx.

A tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been prepared. Purchases are shipped fully insured to the verified billing/shipping address.

For the protection of your purchase, a signature and valid contact phone number are required for all deliveries.

Shipping within the United States is FREE, including applicable shipping insurance charges.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE US

After a winning bid is placed with Fortrove - Fine Jewelry, you will receive confirmation of your purchase. Once payment has been received and verified, your item will be carefully packaged and shipped via FedEx, unless destination, carrier, insurance, or other restrictions require an alternative arrangement.

A tracking number will be provided once your shipment has been prepared. International purchases are shipped fully insured to the verified billing/shipping address. A signature and valid contact phone number are required for delivery.

A flat $180 international shipping fee applies to shipments outside of the United States unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

The buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country or relevant authorities. These charges are not included in the hammer price, buyer's premium, or international shipping fee.

Buyers are responsible for confirming that an item may legally be imported into their destination country. International shipments may also be subject to delays or restrictions imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

SAFE TRACKING AND SIGNATURE

All purchases from Fortrove - Fine Jewelry are shipped fully insured with tracking.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment. For additional security and protection of valuable merchandise, a signature is required upon delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

To help protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, purchases must be shipped to the verified billing address associated with the buyer's approved payment method, unless an alternative address has been expressly approved by Fortrove - Fine Jewelry prior to shipment.

This policy helps ensure that valuable purchases are securely delivered to the authorized account holder.

PREMIUM

Winning bidders are responsible for paying the buyer's premium listed for the applicable auction. The buyer's premium is calculated in addition to the final hammer price.

Bidders should review the applicable buyer's premium before placing a bid.

TAX

Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law.

In addition to the hammer price, the buyer is responsible for the applicable buyer's premium and any legally required sales tax. Pennsylvania transactions may be subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax, where applicable.

Additional state, local, or marketplace-facilitated taxes may be collected when required by applicable law or by the auction platform.

By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable terms of the auction platform.
